Spinach Dip In A Cobb Loaf Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 small onion, sliced finely .
  • 1 (250 g) packet frozen spinach .
  • 500 g sour cream .
  • 1 (30 g) packet spring vegetable soup mix .
  • 1 loaf bread, to serve (cobb loaf) .
  • 1 (285 g) can champignon mushrooms, sliced .
  • 1 (30 g) packet onion soup mix (optional)

Directions
  • Step #1 Defrost spinach & remove any excess water.
  • Step #2 Combine spinach, champignons, onion, soup mixes & sour cream.
  • Step #3 Leave in fridge for at least 4 hrs for flavours to mix.
  • Step #4 Cut a circle around cobb loaf & pull out bread leaving crust intact.
  • Step #5 Place spinach mix into cobb loaf.
  • Step #6 Serve with cut up bread.
