Step #1 In a cooking pot, place the ground pork & pour the milk over till the pork won't drink no more (no longer absorbs).
Step #2 Add about a inch to that of more milk.
Step #3 Add the onion, chives, salt & pepper.
Step #4 Cook at medium heat for 1.
Step #5 5hrs-2hrs.
Step #6 Once cooked, add more salt & pepper if desired.
Step #7 Pour into a appropriate size glass dish.
Step #8 Place into fridge overnight & Bingo, you've got awesome Creton for tomorrow's breakfast.
