Mcdonald Family Cubed Steak Recipe

Step #1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step #2 Place cubed steak in a 13" x 9" x 2" non-stick baking pan, or similar.
Step #3 Sprinkle top each cubed steak with 1/2 tsp meat tenderizer, 1/2 tsp lawry's seasoned salt, & 1/4 tsp, onion powder.
Step #4 Sprinkle top with black pepper.
Step #5 Drain the can of button mushrooms & place mushrooms over steak.
Step #6 (Optional).
Step #7 In a small mixing bowl, mix together water, mushroom gravy & tomato sauce.
Step #8 Pour gravy mixture over entire steaks.
Step #9 Place in oven & bake for 30 mins.
Step #10 Turn steaks over.
Step #11 If you believe you may need more gravy, add 1/2 c more water.
Step #12 Bake for an extra 30 mins.
