No-knead Dinner Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp sugar .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 1/3 c melted butter, for brushing after their baked you can mix the melted butter with 1/2 tsp. garlic powder if you .
  • 2 tbsps melted butter .
  • 4 c all-purpose flour .
  • 1 1/4 oz active dry yeast

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large bowl, sugar, mix yeast, 1 1/2 c of warm water, melted butter that has cooled to warm & salt.
  • Step #2 Stir in flour, it might not take the full 4 c.
  • Step #3 I mix it in my food processor/blender or mixer with dough hook.
  • Step #4 Cover up bowl with plastic wrap & let rise in warm place till doubled, 45 mins to an hr.
  • Step #5 Punch dough down.
  • Step #6 On a floured surface devide dough into 12 equal rolls.
  • Step #7 Roll each piece into a ball, place this into a large oiled baking dish, I double the recipe & put them all into a big 10/14 in pan or glass baking dish.
  • Step #8 Cover up lightly & let rise until almost doubled.
  • Step #9 Uncover & bake in a 400° oven until golden, 15-18 mins.
  • Step #10 Brush with butter.
