2 tbsps melted butter .
4 c all-purpose flour .
1 1/4 oz active dry yeast
Directions
Step #1 In a large bowl, sugar, mix yeast, 1 1/2 c of warm water, melted butter that has cooled to warm & salt.
Step #2 Stir in flour, it might not take the full 4 c.
Step #3 I mix it in my food processor/blender or mixer with dough hook.
Step #4 Cover up bowl with plastic wrap & let rise in warm place till doubled, 45 mins to an hr.
Step #5 Punch dough down.
Step #6 On a floured surface devide dough into 12 equal rolls.
Step #7 Roll each piece into a ball, place this into a large oiled baking dish, I double the recipe & put them all into a big 10/14 in pan or glass baking dish.
Step #8 Cover up lightly & let rise until almost doubled.
Step #9 Uncover & bake in a 400° oven until golden, 15-18 mins.
