Seashells' Pork Chops & Stuffing Bake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded .
  • 4 c Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing .
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can Campbell's condensed cream of celery soup (regular or 98% fat free) .
  • 4 tbsps butter .
  • 1 1/4 c water .
  • 1/3 c milk .
  • 6 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick

Directions
  • Step #1 Prepare stuffing using water & butter according to package directions.
  • Step #2 Spoon stuffing across center of 13 x 9 x 2 shallow baking dish.
  • Step #3 Place chops on each side of stuffing.
  • Step #4 Stir soup & milk in bowl.
  • Step #5 Pour over chops.
  • Step #6 Cover up.
  • Step #7 Bake at 400F F for 30 mins or until done.
  • Step #8 Sprinkle top with cheese.
