Linda's Baked Stuffed Lobster Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c butter, melted .
  • 4 c Ritz cracker crumbs (Hi Ho will do also, or any other butter cracker) .

  • 2 (1.5-2 lb) live maine lobsters .
  • 1 lemon, juice of .
  • 1 lemon or cider vinegar, to taste, for drawn butter .
  • 1 c fresh crabmeat, cooked, flaked or 1 (6 oz) can crabmeat .
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions
  • Step #1 In a lg.
  • Step #2 bowl, mix melted butter into cracker crumbs & garlic powder.
  • Step #3 Split the lobsters down the center, stomach, & remove the insides of the head, & black vein on upper side of tail.
  • Step #4 Add the crabmeat to the cracker crumb mixture.
  • Step #5 Mix well.
  • Step #6 Stuff lobsters with cracker mixture.
  • Step #7 Squeeze lemon over crumbs, & bake for 20 mins.
  • Step #8 , at 450.
  • Step #9 Serve with drawn butter, with lemon or cider vinegar mixed into the butter.
  • Step #10 Gives the butter & lobster a tangy delicious flavor.
