Yaki Soba Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb spaghetti, cooked .
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced .
  • 1 onion, cut into bite size pieces .
  • soy sauce .
  • 2 oz water chestnuts (1/2 can, sliced) (optional) .
  • 3 tbsps peanut oil (or your choice of oil) .
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into bite size pieces .
  • 1 carrot, sliced .
  • 1 lb ground beef (or your choice of meat or shrimp) .
  • vodka or vinegar

Directions
  • Step #1 Set aside cooked & drained spaghetti.
  • Step #2 Brown ground beef in 1 tbsp oil & set aside.
  • Step #3 If you are using other cuts of meat or shrimp, cut up the beef, chicken or pork into bite size pieces.
  • Step #4 Put the meat in a zip lok bag with a little soy sauce & Vodka or vinegar for about 30 mins.
  • Step #5 If you wish your vegetables not so crunchy, you can soften them up by steaming or microwaving them for about 4 mins.
  • Step #6 Heat last 2 tbsps oil & stir fry your vegetables.
  • Step #7 Add meat back in & the spaghetti.
  • Step #8 Stir fry it all for abit (add the garlic at this time) adding soy sauce until you get the taste you want.
