Spicy Chicken Balls Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pinches ground ginger (or to taste) .
  • 3 tbsps soy sauce .
  • 1 cored fresh pineapple, drained & cubed .
  • hoisin sauce .
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper (or to taste) .
  • black pepper, to taste .
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground chicken .
  • 2-3 tbsps sliced fresh cilantro or fresh parsley .
  • 2 tbsps sesame oil or peanut oil .
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions
  • Step #1 In a bowl, pepper, mix the chicken, cayenne, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, & cilantro.
  • Step #2 Form into 20 balls.
  • Step #3 Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat; cook balls for 6 mins, giving the pan several shakes as they cook.
  • Step #4 Cut one open to make sure chicken is cooked through; add in pineapple chunks & remove pan from heat.
  • Step #5 Drop 3 or 4 serving-size spoonsfuls of hoisin sauce into the pan & shake to coat the balls & pineapple.
  • Step #6 Transfer to serving dish; serve this with bamboo skewers or toothpicks.
