Peanut Candy Bar Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 c miniature marshmallows .
  • 2 tsps vanilla extract .
  • 2 c salted peanuts .
  • 2 c peanut butter chips .
  • 1 1/2 c crisp rice cereal .
  • 1/3 c butter .
  • 1/4 c butter .
  • 2/3 c light corn syrup .
  • 1 egg .
  • 1 (18 1/4 oz) package yellow cake mix

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees°.
  • Step #2 Mix together the cake mix, 1/3 c butter & egg.
  • Step #3 Press into the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan & bake for 12 to 18 mins.
  • Step #4 Remove from oven & sprinkle with miniature marshmallows.
  • Step #5 Return to oven for 1 to 2 mins or until the marshmallows begin to puff.
  • Step #6 In a saucepan over med-heat/flame cook corn syrup, 1/4 c butter, vanilla, & peanut butter chips until melted.
  • Step #7 Remove from heat & stir in the the rice cereal & peanuts.
  • Step #8 Spoon mixture over top of cake & spread to cover.
  • Step #9 Allow to cool before serving.
