Double Chocolate Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c whipped topping
  • 3 c fat-free milk
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1 oz German sweet chocolate, grated
  • 1/3 c baking cocoa
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large heavy saucepan, mix the sugar, cocoa, cornstarch & salt.
  • Step #2 Gradually add the milks.
  • Step #3 Bring to a boil over med-heat/flame; cook & stir for 2 mins or until thickened.
  • Step #4 Remove from the heat.
  • Step #5 Stir in grated chocolate & vanilla.
  • Step #6 Spoon into individual serving dishes.
  • Step #7 Serve warm or cold with whipped topping.
