Chuckwagon Stew Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb smoked sausage of your choice, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, scrubbed & cubed
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 (28 oz) can barbeque baked beans
  • 1 1/2 lbs cubed beef stew meat

Directions
  • Step #1 Place the beef stew meat, & potatoes into a slow cooker, onion, sausage, & stir this to distribute evenly.
  • Step #2 Spoon the baked beans evenly over the mixture.
  • Step #3 Cover, & cook on Low for 8 to 10 hrs, or cook on High for 4 to 5 hrs.
