Holiday Spiced Peaches Recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c apple cider vinegar .
1/2 c brown sugar .
1 pinch allspice .
2-3 drops lemon juice .
8 whole cloves .
1 cinnamon stick .
29 oz canned peach halves (I prefer Del Monte.)

Directions

Step #1 Drain peaches & set aside.
Step #2 Combine all remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan & bring to a boil.
Step #3 Simmer about 5 mins.
Step #4 Add peaches & let simmer about 5 more mins, stirring frequently.
Step #5 Drain peaches & cool in refrigerator until time to serve.
