Mexican Corn Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c mayonnaise .
  • garlic powder, to taste .
  • 1 c sour cream .
  • salt & pepper, to taste .
  • 3 (11 oz) cans Mexican-style corn, drained & rinsed .
  • 12 oz Mexican mix cheese, shredded 3 c (such as Sargento brand 4-cheese Mexican mix) .
  • 2 oz sliced jalapenos, drained (half of a 4 oz can, add more if you'd like) .
  • 2-3 green onions, sliced, to taste .
  • 1 (4 oz) can sliced green chilies, drained .
  • 1 dash Tabasco sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix all ingredients together In a large-ish bowl & serve this with tortilla or corn chips.
  • Step #2 Can be chilled 24 hrs before serving.
