Step #1 Take your microwave safe container & loose lid.
Step #2 Place the tuna partially drained in the container.
Step #3 Add salt & pepper to your typical liking for tuna.
Step #4 Strip the cheese & place it evenly over the tuna fish.
Step #5 Now heat for about 45 seconds with the lid on loosely, in the microwave.
Step #6 When you take it out be sure to evenly stir or you can go to town when it cools.
Step #7 I often find this odd smelling but rather interesting & a nice change in taste.
