Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 tbsps margarine .
  • 8 oz large marshmallows (use half 16-oz package) .
  • 6 c chocolate-flavor crisp rice cereal .
  • 1 1/2 tbsps reduced-fat peanut butter .
  • 1/3 c reduced-fat semisweet chocolate morsels

Directions
  • Step #1 Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Step #2 Place the rice cereal In a large-ish bowl.
  • Step #3 In a saucepan mix the margaine with peanut butter; cook stirring constantly over low heat/flame until marshmallows are melted.
  • Step #4 Pour the marshmallow mixture over the cereal; stir with wooden spoon until well coated.
  • Step #5 Add/mix in reduced-fat chocolate morsels.
  • Step #6 Press the mixture into prepared pan, using a rubber spatula to spread out.
  • Step #7 Cut into 24 bars.
