Step #1 Pour cereal into a large bowl.
Step #2 In microwave melt the chocolate chips, & butter on high for 1-1 1/2 mins till smooth, peanut butter, stirring after 1 min.
Step #3 Stir in vanilla.
Step #4 Pour chocolate mixture over the cereal stirring until well-coated.
Step #5 Put the confectioners sugar into a large reasealable plastic bag.
Step #6 Pour the cereal mixture into the bag & seal.
Step #7 Shake till all the pieces are coated.
Step #8 Spread on wax paper to cool.
Step #9 NOTE: Chocolate mixture may be melted on the stove.
