Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/3 c peanut butter .
  • 8 graham crackers, crushed .
  • 2/3 c milk .
  • 1 (6 oz) box instant vanilla pudding .
  • 2/3 c confectioners' sugar .
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened .
  • 3 tbsps butter, melted .
  • 1 1/2 c Cool Whip

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine graham cracker crumbs & butter & press into 9 x 13 pan.
  • Step #2 Mix peanut butter & confectioner's sugar until crumbly.
  • Step #3 Reserve 1/8 c of peanut butter mixture for topping, then spread the remainder on top of graham cracker crust.
  • Step #4 Beat ice cream, milk & pudding mix until creamy & pour on top of peanut butter mixture.
  • Step #5 Top with Cool Whip & reserved crumbs.
  • Step #6 Refrigerate several hrs before serving.
