Giovana's Fresh Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 c all-purpose flour .
  • 1 tbsp olive oil .
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt .
  • 4 eggs

Directions
  • Step #1 In a small bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
  • Step #2 Add the salt & olive oil to the eggs & stir this to mix.
  • Step #3 Place flour into food processor/blender.
  • Step #4 Add the egg mixture to flour.
  • Step #5 Pulse to mix the ingredients.
  • Step #6 Continue, until liquid is evenly distributed, with machine running, approximately 1 min.
  • Step #7 Dough should stick together if pinched between your fingers.
  • Step #8 The dough will be soft yellow color.
  • Step #9 Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
  • Step #10 Press the dough into a ball & knead carefully until smooth.
  • Step #11 Cover up & let rest for 30 mins.
  • Step #12 Roll out dough to your desired shape.
  • Step #13 Flavorings, sundried tomato, such as garlic, etc.
  • Step #14 may be added to dough with infused oils.
  • Step #15 Cook in boiling water until desired tenderness.
