Ingredients
  • 1 c French dressing .
  • 1 lb scallops .
  • 1/2 garlic clove, crushed

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut scallops into fourths, unless small then leave whole.
  • Step #2 Simmer 4-5 min in salted water.
  • Step #3 Drain & place this in in jar while hot with the french dressing & garlic.
  • Step #4 Marinate & chill for several hrs.
  • Step #5 Serve with toothpicks as an unusual appetizer.
