Ingredients
1 (4 oz) jar dried chipped beef, sliced
1 c sour cream
2 tsps celery salt
3 tbsps dried dill weed
1 (1 lb) loaf round rye bread
1 c mayonnaise
1 tsp Beau Monde ™ seasoning
Directions
Step #1 Using a bread knife, remove the 'crown' of the bread.
Step #2 Hollow out the inside of the loaf, & cut into bite size cubes for dipping.
Step #3 In a medium bowl, mayonnaise, mix sour cream, celery salt, chipped beef, Beau Monde seasoning, & dill weed.
Step #4 Mix thoroughly, cover, & chill for at least 1 hr.
Step #5 Spoon the chilled dip into the hollow bread loaf, & serve this with cubed bread for dipping.
