• 1 (250 g) package cream cheese (softened) .
• 2 tbsps milk .
• 1/4 c sugar .
• 30 Oreo cookies .
• 3 1/4 c cold milk .
• 2 (4 oz) packages instant chocolate pudding mix .
• 6 tbsps margarine (melted) .
• 1 liter Cool Whip, thawed

• Step #1 Place cookies in food processor/blender.
• Step #2 Process to make fine crumbs & transfer to a bowl.
• Step #3 Press firmly into a 9x13 pan.
• Step #4 Refrigerate 10 mins.
• Step #5 Beat cream cheese, sugar & 2 tbsps cold milk until mixed.
• Step #6 Stir in 1 1/4 c of the cool whip.
• Step #7 Spread over crust.
• Step #8 Pour 3 1/4 c milk into a large bowl.
• Step #9 Add dry pudding.
• Step #10 Beat until mixed.
• Step #11 Spoon evenly over cream cheese layer.
• Step #12 Let stand 5 mins.
• Step #13 Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer.
• Step #14 Refrigerate at least 4 hrs before serving.
