Ingredients

1 (250 g) package cream cheese (softened) .
2 tbsps milk .
1/4 c sugar .
30 Oreo cookies .
3 1/4 c cold milk .
2 (4 oz) packages instant chocolate pudding mix .
6 tbsps margarine (melted) .
1 liter Cool Whip, thawed

Directions

Step #1 Place cookies in food processor/blender.
Step #2 Process to make fine crumbs & transfer to a bowl.
Step #3 Press firmly into a 9x13 pan.
Step #4 Refrigerate 10 mins.
Step #5 Beat cream cheese, sugar & 2 tbsps cold milk until mixed.
Step #6 Stir in 1 1/4 c of the cool whip.
Step #7 Spread over crust.
Step #8 Pour 3 1/4 c milk into a large bowl.
Step #9 Add dry pudding.
Step #10 Beat until mixed.
Step #11 Spoon evenly over cream cheese layer.
Step #12 Let stand 5 mins.
Step #13 Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer.
Step #14 Refrigerate at least 4 hrs before serving.
