  • 2 oz sweet corn, roasted .
  • sour cream, etc .
  • 3 oz cheddar cheese, & or monterey jack cheese .
  • 1 oz fresh sliced avocados .
  • 3 oz lobster tail meat .
  • 1 oz sliced tomatoes .
  • toppings like salsa .
  • 6 oz flour tortilla chips

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 400°F Place half of chips on plate & add half of toppings & cheese.
  • Step #2 Add remaining chips & toppings & cheese.
  • Step #3 Bake in oven until cheese is melted through.
  • Step #4 Add favorite guacamole, sour cream, & salsa.
