Step #2 Blend or process oil, honey, garlic, ginger, soy sauce & herbs until smooth.
Step #3 Place the lamb in the dish & spread the herb mixture on both sides of the lamb.
Step #4 Marinade the lamb for at least one hr, although the longer the better.
Step #5 Heat up a grill or barbecue & grill the lamb for about 4-5 mins on each side -this will produce lamb that is cooked medium (still pink inside).
Step #6 Remove the lamb from the grill & cover with foil wrap.
