Dilled Salmon Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c frozen peas .
  • 2 tbsps honey .
  • 6 oz gluten-free pasta, shaped (or regular if GF doesn't matter to you) .
  • 6 oz cooked salmon .
  • 2 tbsps vinegar .
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill .
  • 1/2 c frozen bell peppers, strips

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Step #2 Meanwhile, put frozen bell pepper & peas into a medium serving bowl.
  • Step #3 Cover up in hot tap water & mix carefully to begin thawing.
  • Step #4 (If serving as soon as possible, thaw more thoroughly.
  • Step #5 ) Drain well.
  • Step #6 Add salmon to drained veggies.
  • Step #7 In a small bowl, mix together honey, vinegar & dill.
  • Step #8 Rinse pasta under cold water.
  • Step #9 Drain.
  • Step #10 Add pasta & sauce to veggies & salmon.
  • Step #11 Mix well.
  • Step #12 Refrigerate an hr or more to let the flavors meld, or just enjoy it right away (if the veggies aren't still frozen.
  • Step #13 ).
  • Step #14 Stir before serving.
