Homemade Vegetable Beef Soup Recipe

Ingredients

64 oz tomato juice .
1 tbsp sugar .
3 c chicken broth .
1 tbsp Lawry's Spice uped Salt .
1 tsp Tabasco sauce (optional) .
15 oz sweet peas .
1 c sliced celery .
1 c sliced onions .
1 lb sirloin tip roast, cut into bite size chunks .
1 c sliced green peppers .
15 oz whole kernel corn .
15 oz cut green beans .
15 oz sliced tomatoes .
1 c sliced potatoes .
1 tsp black pepper .
1 c sliced carrots

Directions

Step #1 Cook Stew Beef in the Chicken broth till tender.
Step #2 Add tomato juice & bring to a boil.
Step #3 Next add raw vegetables & cook till tender.
Step #4 Then drain & add sliced tomatoes, peas, green beans, & corn.
Step #5 Add seasonings & let simmer 20 min on medium heat.
