Apricot Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • sliced nuts .
  • 1/2 c whipped cream .
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese .
  • 1 (10 oz) can mandarin oranges .
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple .
  • 1 (6 oz) package apricot gelatin

Directions
  • Step #1 Drain pineapple & oranges, reserving 1 c pineapple syrup.
  • Step #2 Soften cream cheese; whip until fluffy.
  • Step #3 Dissolve gelatin in 3 c boiling water; stir in the reserved pineapple syrup & cream cheese.
  • Step #4 Chill until partially thickened; fold in fruits & whipped cream.
  • Step #5 Pour into pan or mold; sprinkle with nuts.
  • Step #6 Chill until firm.
