Step #6 Arrange 12 to 14 meatballs on microwave-safe plate.
Step #7 Cover up with waxed paper.
Step #8 Cook on high for 3 to 4 mins, or until no longer pink.
Step #9 Remove to paper towels to drain.
Step #10 Repeat with remaining meatballs.
Step #11 For sauce:.
Step #12 Combine cranberry sauce, broth, ketschup, brown sugar, onions & cider vinegar in microwave-safe 2 quart dish.
Step #13 Cover up & cook on high for 3 to 4 mins, rotating once.
Step #14 Gently stir in the meatballs.
Step #15 Cover up & cook on high for 1 to 2 mins, or until heated through.
Step #16 Note: I'm just not wild about cooking meat in the microwave -- so I prefer to do these the old fashioned way.
Step #17 I have good luck with placing the formed meatballs on a rimmed baking sheet & placing them in the oven set at 350 for about 10 mins -- just until they firm up.
Step #18 I them add them to a saucepan on the stove that I have made the sauce in & let them simmer on low heat until they are cooked through.
