Cider Cheese Fondue Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c apple cider or apple juice
  • 1 (1 lb) loaf French bread, cubed
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 c shredded Swiss cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large saucepan, bring cider to a boil.
  • Step #2 Reduce heat to medium-low.
  • Step #3 Toss the cheeses with cornstarch & pepper; stir in theto cider.
  • Step #4 Cook & stir for 3-4 mins or until cheese is melted.
  • Step #5 Transfer to a small ceramic fondue pot or slow cooker; keep warm.
  • Step #6 Serve with bread cubes.
