Ingredients
  • Filling .
  • 1 (12 1/2 oz) can cherry pie filling (or other filling of your choice) .
  • 1/4 c sugar .
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract .
  • 1 1/4 c graham cracker crumbs .
  • 1/4 c margarine, softened .
  • 1 c powdered sugar .
  • Graham Cracker Crust .
  • 1 c heavy cream, whipped .
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix together graham crackers crumb, margarine, & sugar in a bowl until well incorporated & crumbly.
  • Step #2 Press into a pie plate, going up the sides as much as possible.
  • Step #3 Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, & vanilla in a bowl until smooth & spreadable.
  • Step #4 Whisk whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  • Step #5 Pour cream cheese into prepared crust.
  • Step #6 Smooth the top this with a spatula, & put in the fridge until firm, about 2 to 3 hrs.
  • Step #7 Spread the cherry pie filling over the top, & put in the fridge until serving.
