Crunchy Tuna Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 sandwich rolls, split
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 (8 oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained & sliced
  • 1 (6 oz) can tuna, drained & flaked
  • Lettuce Leaves
  • 1/3 c mayonnaise
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger

Directions
  • Step #1 In a bowl, mix the first seven ingredients; mix well.
  • Step #2 Cover & refrigerator for 1 hr.
  • Step #3 Just before serving, spoon onto rolls & top this with a lettuce leaf.
