Sweet Sesame Chicken Thighs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs .
  • 2 tbsps toasted sesame seeds .
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger .
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder .
  • 1 tbsp ketchup .
  • 1/2 c low sodium soy sauce .
  • 1/3 c packed brown sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker (aka crockpot).
  • Step #2 Whisk together remaining ingredients in a bowl & pour over chicken.
  • Step #3 cook on low 6 to 8 hrs or on high 3 or 4.
