Season's Creeping Crust Fruit Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c milk .
  • 1/2 c butter or margarine .
  • 1 c sugar .
  • 2 c fruit .
  • 1 tsp baking powder .
  • 1 c flour .
  • 1 c sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Melt butter in 9x13 inch greased baking pan.
  • Step #2 Mix flour, sugar & baking powder; add milk & mix; spoon over melted butter.
  • Step #3 Prepare fruit & heat on stove with sugar, until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Step #4 Pour fruit over dough.
  • Step #5 Bake 30 min at 350* or until crust is golden brown.
  • Step #6 *May substitute 1 can pie filling for fruit & sugar & skip the heating portion.
