Chocolate Cherry Brownie Cups Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 (1 oz) squares semisweet chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c sliced walnuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 c butter (no substitutes)
  • 1 c all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 c maraschino cherries, sliced
  • 1 1/2 c sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 In a microwave or double boiler, melt butter & chocolate; cool for 10 mins.
  • Step #2 In a mixing bowl, beat eggs & sugar.
  • Step #3 Add vanilla & the chocolate mixture.
  • Step #4 Stir in flour, walnuts & cherries.
  • Step #5 Fill paper-lined muffin c three-fourths full.
  • Step #6 Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Step #7 Cool for 5 mins before removing from pans to wire racks.
