Cream Cheese Tart Shells Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c butter, softened
  • 3 oz cream cheese, softened

Directions
  • Step #1 Blend cream cheese & butter or margarine.
  • Step #2 Stir in flour just until mixed.
  • Step #3 Chill about 1 hr.
  • Step #4 This can be made ahead & chilled for up to 24 hrs.
  • Step #5 Preheat oven to 325F degrees F (165 degrees C).
  • Step #6 Shape dough into 24 one-inch balls & press into ungreased 1 1/2 inch muffin c (mini-muffin size) to make a shallow shell.
  • Step #7 Fill with your favorite filling & bake for 20 mins, or until light brown.
