Ingredients
  • 2-3 c milk .
  • 6-8 pork chops (I use 1-inch thick boneless center cut) .
  • 16 oz keebler's Club crackers (other crackers could be used, but the results will NOT be the same) .
  • garlic salt (to taste)

Directions
  • Step #1 Put pork chops in a shallow dish or zip-loc bag.
  • Step #2 Add enough milk to cover chops.
  • Step #3 Soak pork chops in the milk several hrs or overnight in the refrigerator, turning if necessary.
  • Step #4 Crush the club crackers into coarse crumbs.
  • Step #5 (I place them in a zip-loc bag & crush them with a rolling pin.
  • Step #6 ).
  • Step #7 Preheat oven to 325F degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Step #8 Remove pork chops from milk.
  • Step #9 Spice up VERY well with garlic salt (I often use Morton Nature's Spice ups in place of the garlic salt).
  • Step #10 Dredge seasoned chops with the cracker crumbs, making sure they are well coated with crumbs.
  • Step #11 Place the coated crumbs on a cookie sheet.
  • Step #12 (I use an ungreased one & never have a problem with sticking.
  • Step #13 You can spray it lightly with PAM if you prefer.
  • Step #14 ).
  • Step #15 Bake for 1 hr in preheated 325F degree Fahrenheit oven.
  • Step #16 Cooking time includes soaking overnight.
  • Step #17 Slight variation: Sometimes I will season this with Morton's Nature's Spice ups instead of the garlic salt.
  • Step #18 ***I have tried this with other crackers, it is okay, but just not quite as good***.
