Beef Stroganoff (italian Meatball) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 oz sliced mushrooms (optional) .
  • 3 green onion tops (sliced) .
  • 1/4 c sour cream (only add if sauce is too runny) .
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of mushroom soup .
  • 3/4 lb italian meatballs (quartered or you can leave whole) .
  • 16 oz wide egg noodles (dried) .
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of celery soup .
  • 3/4 c milk

Directions
  • Step #1 Start sauce base by combining soups & milk.
  • Step #2 Add sour cream if it gets too runny, or more milk if it gets too thick for your tastes.
  • Step #3 In a separate skillet, cook meatballs until heated through.
  • Step #4 Add sauce to meatballs & stir in the onions.
  • Step #5 Reduce heat to low.
  • Step #6 Meanwhile cook egg noodles in boiling, salted water until al dentè.
  • Step #7 Drain noodles & put back in pot.
  • Step #8 Add meatballs & sauce & mix thoroughly.
  • Step #9 Serve with salad & bread.
