Step #1 Mix all the ingredients together, except for the chops.
Step #2 Add the chops to the marinade & cover.
Step #3 Refrigerate for 12 hrs, turning every once in awhile.
Step #4 Remove meat from marinade & reserve marinade.
Step #5 Preheat grill or broiler.
Step #6 Dry chops off & grill over low heat/flame or broil them as far from the flame as possible, turning frequently & basting with the sauce, until they are cooked through, about 20-30 mins.
Step #7 Note: Don't baste toward the end due to health concerns of raw pork juice (boiling the marinade will make it safe).
