Step #1 In a large skillet, melt the butter over a medium-high flame.
Step #2 Add the bananas & cook, stirring, 3 mins until they begin to soften.
Step #3 Sprinkle top the bananas with brown sugar & cook, stirring, 2 mins more.
Step #4 Remove the skillet from the heat; add the rum.
Step #5 Return the skillet to the heat.
Step #6 Standing back, carefully ignite the rum with a long wooden match.
Step #7 When the flame burns out, add the lime juice.
Step #8 Divide the bananas & sauce between four large martini glasses or dessert bowls.
Step #9 Top each serving with the ice cream, crushed cookies, whipped cream, coconut, & pineapple.
