1-2-3 Jambalaya Recipe

Ingredients

Garnish .
2-3 tsps hot sauce .
4 c cooked chicken, sliced .
1 lb smoked sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices .
1 large onion, sliced .
1 large green bell pepper, sliced .
2 (10 1/2 oz) cans French onion soup, undiluted .
3 c long-grain rice, uncooked .
1 (14 1/2 oz) can beef broth .
fresh cilantro .
1 tbsp olive oil .
1 (14 1/2 oz) can chicken broth .
2-3 tsps creole seasoning

Directions

Step #1 Sauté first 3 ingredients in hot oil in a Dutch oven 4 to 5 mins or until sausage is browned.
Step #2 Stir in chicken & next 6 ingredients.
Step #3 Bake, covered, at 350° for 40 mins, stirring after 30 mins.
Step #4 Garnish, if desired.
Step #5 serves 8-10.
