Step #1 Combine sifted flour, sugar & dried fruit.
Step #2 Add beaten eggs & melted butter & mix it all together.
Step #3 Gradually add the beer mixing it in as you go.
Step #4 Pour cake batter into lined or greased cake tin 9"x13".
Step #5 To make the streusel mix the three ingredients & mix well.
Step #6 Using your fingers, crumble the streusel topping evenly over the cake batter.
Step #7 Gently press it in a little.
Step #8 Cook in moderate oven (180c) for 45 mins or until skewer comes out clean.
