Step #1 Mix all ingredients together except for the pineapple.
Step #2 Roll into a loaf & divide into nine patties.
Step #3 In a shallow, oven proof dish, form a long roll placing the pineapple in between each patty starting & finishing with meat.
Step #4 Bake for 30 mins in a slow oven 325F degrees.
Step #5 Take from oven & pour some of the mixture of brown sugar, lemon juice, pineapple syrup, & mustard over the loaf & bake again for one hr, basting every 20 mins with the glaze.
