• 1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
• 3 1/2 c confectioners' sugar
• 2 tbsps milk

• Step #1 In a saucepan over med-heat/flame, melt butter.
• Step #2 Stir in cocoa & vanilla.
• Step #3 Place confectioners' sugar in a large bowl.
• Step #4 Pour in cocoa mixture.
• Step #5 Beat well (mixture will be extremely thick).
• Step #6 Beat in milk, a tsp at a time, until desired consistency is achieved.
