Ingredients
1 tbsp honey .
salt & pepper .
1/2 c chicken broth .
1 c white wine .
4 fennel bulbs, trimmed & quartered .
1 tsp mustard seeds .
1/2 c olive oil
Directions
Step #1 Place the fennel quarters in large deep skillet with the centers facing up.
Step #2 Drizzle with olive oil then pour in the chicken broth & honey.
Step #3 Spice up with mustard seed, salt & pepper.
Step #4 Cover up & cook over low heat/flame for 45 mins, turning every once in awhile.
