Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp honey .
  • salt & pepper .
  • 1/2 c chicken broth .
  • 1 c white wine .
  • 4 fennel bulbs, trimmed & quartered .
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds .
  • 1/2 c olive oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Place the fennel quarters in large deep skillet with the centers facing up.
  • Step #2 Drizzle with olive oil then pour in the chicken broth & honey.
  • Step #3 Spice up with mustard seed, salt & pepper.
  • Step #4 Cover up & cook over low heat/flame for 45 mins, turning every once in awhile.
