Low Fat Wok Strogonof Recipe

Ingredients
2 (8 oz) cans sliced mushrooms (fresh can be used) .
1 lb cubed beef (trimmed) .
2 tbsps paprika .
1/4 pint low-fat creme fraiche .
1 large onion, roughly sliced .
1 tsp lazy garlic (sliced garlic) .
1/2 pint water
Directions
Step #1 Cook onion, mushrooms & paprika together in wok, on a med/high heat, till soft & well coloured.
Step #2 add Garlic & beef, cook for a further 10 mins, stiring regularly.
Step #3 add water, turn down heat & leave to simmer for approx 1 hr with lid on wok.
Step #4 Add creme fraishe & stir in the carefully, cook for a further 1/2 hr.
Step #5 Serve on a bed of boiled rice.
