1 (10 1/2 oz) can condensed beef broth, undiluted .
4 stalks celery, sliced (optional) .
1 (10 1/2 oz) can sliced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel) .
1 medium onion, sliced
Directions
Step #1 Cook first 4 ingredients in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat until meat is browned & vegetables are tender, stirring until meat crumbles; drain.
Step #2 Stir spaghetti sauce & next 5 ingredients into beef mixture; bring to a boil.
Step #3 Cover up, reduce heat, & let simmer 15 mins, stirring every once in awhile.
Step #4 Add mixed vegetables & sliced tomatoes with green chiles to beef mixture; return mixture to a boil.
Step #5 Cover up & let simmer 15 mins or until vegetables are tender, stirring every once in awhile.
