Ingredients
1/2 c flour .
12 oz cooked pasta .
1 c nutritional yeast flakes .
1 pinch turmeric .
2 1/2 c boiling water .
1 pinch salt .
1 c almond milk or soy milk or rice milk .
2 tsps garlic powder .
1/2 c vegan butter or margarine .
2 tbsps soy sauce
Directions
Step #1 cook pasta until al dente.
Step #2 drain & put into cassarole dish.
Step #3 pour water & milk together & heat until boiling.
Step #4 melt butter & whisk until smooth with flour in large sauce pan over low heat/flame.
Step #5 Once water/milk mixture is boiling add to smooth butter/flour mixture.
Step #6 whisk until smooth & add soy sauce, salt, garlic powder & tumeric.
Step #7 Bring mixture to a boil over med-heat/flame whisking constantly.
Step #8 Slowly add in nutritional yeast flakes, & whisk until smooth.
Step #9 Add mixture over cooked psta in cassarole dish & bake this at 350 degrees for 10-20 mins.
Step #10 Sprinkle top with salt & peper to taste, add if you're feeling bold a dash of crushed red pepper.
