Cinnamon Apple Cream Cheese Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients
  • ground cinnamon .
  • 1/4 c butter or margarine, softened .
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened .
  • granulated sugar .
  • 2-3 tbsps frozen apple juice concentrate .
  • 1 c icing sugar (Powdered Sugar) .
  • wonton skins

Directions
  • Step #1 Follow the directions for the Cinnamon Apple Cream Cheese Spread:.
  • Step #2 In a medium bowl cream butter & cream cheese together, until just incorporated.
  • Step #3 Add 1 c sugar & 1 tsp cinnamon & beat till mixed.
  • Step #4 Add frozen apple juice concentrate & beat till smooth.
  • Step #5 Refrigerate for about 30 mins.
  • Step #6 Turn on deep fryer to about 325°F.
  • Step #7 Take wonton skin, place about 1 tsp of the spread in the middle of the wonton skin.
  • Step #8 Wet outer edges of wonton skin.
  • Step #9 Fold together, press firmly.
  • Step #10 Place in deep fryer until golden.
  • Step #11 Remove from deep fryer, place on plate or baking pan.
  • Step #12 Sprinkle top cinnamon & sugar on each side.
