Step #1 In a large saucepan, mix first 9 ingredients.
Step #2 Bring to a boil over medium high heat, then reduce to low & cook 10 mins, stirring every once in awhile.
Step #3 Remove from heat & cool to about room temp.
Step #4 Preheat oven to 275 degrees F, then grease & flour a 12-c Bundt pan.
Step #5 In a large bowl, & the cooled fruit mixture, then stir in the the lightly beaten eggs, the almond extract, mix the next 6 ingredients which are dry, & mix well.
Step #6 Spoon batter into the prepared Bundt pan & bake for at least 2 hrs & 20 mins.
Step #7 Toothpick in the center should come out clean.
Step #8 Cool in the pan on a wire rack for 20 mins, then unmold onto a serving plate & cool completely.
