Turkish Pogaca Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 egg yolk .
  • 175 ml vegetable oil .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 10 g sugar .
  • 600 g flour .
  • 300F ml nonfat milk .
  • 1/4 oz yeast .
  • 1 c parsley .
  • 1 c feta cheese .
  • 1 egg .
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix everything together except the egg yolk.
  • Step #2 Wait for 1 hr for batter to double.
  • Step #3 Make small rounds as big as half of your palm.
  • Step #4 Press it with your fingers to make it as big as your palm.
  • Step #5 Mix feta cheese & parsley.
  • Step #6 Put the mixture into these small rounds & close it & round it again.
  • Step #7 Place it on the oiled oven sheet.
  • Step #8 Brush all the batch with the egg yolk.
  • Step #9 Place it in the preheated oven for 30-40 mins in 350°F.
  • Step #10 Put poppyseed on the batch as desired.
