• 2 c blanched almonds, slivered .
• 1 c white grape juice or filtered apple juice

• Step #1 In mixer pulse almonds until they are a fine meal.
• Step #2 Add 1/2 c juice.
• Step #3 Blend to paste.
• Step #4 Scrape down sides of mixer & make sure the almonds at the bottom are incorporated.
• Step #5 Add the remaining juice & mix till smooth.
• Step #6 The better the mixer, the smoother the cream.
